This practice is designed for those days where you feel terrible….those days where it feels like you might never get better.
You don’t even have to get out of bed for this practice, you can even do everything lying on your back if you wish.
When I was very sick with Lyme there were days where I was consumed with illness, pain, and fear that I may never recover. The reality of chronic illness is somedays you feel like it might actually kill you. This practice is for those days.
You can do this practice in bed, you don't even have to sit up. Do what you can.
The postures in this practice are designed to aid in digestion, reduce inflammation and alleviate pain. The breathing technique is to calm and balance the nervous system which will help the emotional, mental, and physical states to heal.
