This practice is for those days where you might be feeling bad but you can still (sort of) function.
This practice is designed to use the little energy you have to create more.
Some days are best labeled as functional. You are still unwell and feeling those chronic illness feels but you still get up and join the "land of the living". This practice helps you to use the energy you have to cultivate more.
You will experience movement with breath designed to calming tone the nervous system, postures designed to help create space in the body, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. A big focus is on oxygenating the blood to help improve cellular function and recovery time and the entire practice is one that supports the immune system and detoxifying organs.
